The idea behind Metamorphosis: alchemy for your energy system
Metamorphosis grew out of a collaboration between Marie, Martin and me. We wanted to create a sound journey that is more than beautiful. We wanted it to be transformative.
It's built on the classic alchemical path: seven stages of transformation, translated into sound. Each track is like a chapter in your personal coming-of-age novel, scored with state-of-the-art audio technology, lots of feeling and plenty of experience.
The 7 chapters: your journey at a glance
1. Calcination 🔥
The beginning is radical. This is about letting go of old patterns, set to music as an inner fire that burns away the old.
2. Dissolution 🌊
You dive into your emotional depths. Everything that has gotten stuck is allowed to dissolve here. Gentle, flowing, real.
3. Separation 💨
What belongs to you, and what can go? In this phase you sort things out anew. The sound is clear, luminous and grounding.
4. Conjunction 🌍
Opposites merge. Above meets below, feminine meets masculine, soul meets body. The sound brings you into balance.
5. Fermentation ☠️🌱
The lowest point, and at the same time the turning point. A darkness that's necessary so that something new can emerge.
6. Distillation ✨
Now things get subtle. The frequencies lift you up, and whatever doesn't belong to you stays behind. What remains is your essence.
7. Coagulation 🌌
Everything comes together. You become whole. The finale is a state of unity, clarity and inner calm.
