What are brainwave frequencies and how do they actually work?

What are brainwaves?

Your brain constantly produces electrical waves, the so-called brainwaves. Depending on your state of consciousness, these waves oscillate at different speeds:

  • Delta (0.5-4 Hz): deep sleep & regeneration
  • Theta (4-8 Hz): relaxation & meditation
  • Alpha (8-13 Hz): calm & ease
  • Beta (13-30 Hz): normal waking consciousness
  • Gamma (30+ Hz): peak concentration

How does it work?

Put simply: your brain tends to adapt to external rhythms. This is called "brainwave entrainment".

  1. You listen to our specially developed frequencies through headphones
  2. Your brain "synchronizes" with these frequencies
  3. This shifts your state of consciousness accordingly

Example: When you listen to 8 Hz frequencies, your brain tends to shift toward the alpha state, which means deep relaxation.

What can I use it for?

  • Better sleep: delta frequencies for deep sleep
  • Stress relief: alpha/theta frequencies for relaxation
  • Deeper meditation: theta frequencies for meditative states
  • More focus: beta frequencies for concentration

Is it safe?

For most people, yes. Brainwave entrainment has been researched for decades, and your brain does this on its own every day. We simply help you reach certain states in a targeted way.

Not suitable for: people with epilepsy, during pregnancy, people with a pacemaker, or anyone under 16.

How quickly does it work?

Many people feel the first relaxation after just 5-10 minutes. The full effect usually unfolds after 20-30 minutes of regular use.

How do I get the most out of the frequencies? (Set & Setting Guide)

To get the most out of our frequencies, two things matter: your setting (your outer environment) and your set (your inner attitude).

  • Quiet environment: Find a place where you won't be disturbed. Make sure your phone is in airplane mode, so there are no calls, messages or push notifications during the session.
  • Body position: Ideally lying down, or relaxed in a seated position. Please don't listen while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.
  • Headphones or speakers: Most of our frequencies should be listened to with good stereo headphones, because they are produced with 3D effects and psychoacoustic technology that only work fully through headphones. There are also many frequencies you can play through speakers, for example for background relaxation or certain ambient frequencies. Whether a frequency works with or without headphones is always listed in the properties on its product page.
  • Volume & technology: Set a comfortable volume. Use the app or the shop download without an equalizer or sound filters.
  • Inner attitude (set): If you're stressed or strongly triggered emotionally, the frequencies work differently than when you're calm and at peace. Frequencies amplify what's inside you, so go in consciously with an open, calm attitude.
  • Integration afterwards: After listening, take a few minutes to sit in silence, drink a glass of water or write down your thoughts. This helps deepen the effect.
  • Regularity: Short and frequent (15-30 minutes) is better than rare and very long.
  • Listening in the background: If a frequency can also be played "in the background", this is always stated in the product description.

➤ For this, we've developed our own ambient frequencies that you can use while working, writing or for background relaxation. You'll find them in the "Nature & Ambience" category in the shop. They were produced specifically for focus, concentration and gentle relaxation.

Extra tip for background listening:

Creative activities like free painting or writing can work if you're in a calm flow state while doing them.

Not suitable are things like browsing the internet, scrolling or chatting. These distract your brain heavily and noticeably reduce the effect.

If you want to experience the full potential, take time for yourself without visual or acoustic distractions.

What makes your frequencies different from other providers on the market?

🔬 Real science from our own institute

For more than 15 years, we've been running our own research lab for states of consciousness, using EEG measurements instead of gut feeling. While many providers work with ready-made frequencies bought somewhere, we develop and test every single tone ourselves. Before a frequency goes into a product, we check in the EEG how it actually affects brain activity, instead of simply claiming that it works.

This method of developing, measuring and fine-tuning is why our frequencies are so precisely matched to their purpose.

🎵 World-class expertise meets creativity

Behind Brainwave3D is Marko C. Lorenz: SPIEGEL bestselling author, YouTuber with more than 200,000 subscribers, and someone with a strong technical background. He was the CEO of his own data forensics company, which became one of the leading providers in Europe, and worked as a court-sworn expert on highly complex technical analyses for authorities, courts and international corporations. In that environment, there's no room for hocus-pocus. That same engineering precision now goes into every single frequency.

He learned his craft from the right people: in brainwave entrainment, he completed a multi-week certified training with Dave Siever, founder of Mind Alive and one of the pioneers of audiovisual entrainment research. For the musical side, he studied music composition with Hans Zimmer, the Oscar-winning composer behind film scores such as Inception, Interstellar and The Dark Knight.

💎 Audio quality you can feel

In our experience, higher audio quality makes a real difference. That's why every purchase includes not one but three versions:

MP3 in maximum quality for everyday use, FLAC (like a ZIP file for music: compressed, but without any loss of quality) and 32-bit WAV in hi-res studio quality for the most immersive experience.

The result: the frequencies reach you with full precision and detail.

🎭 Emotional journeys instead of monotonous loops

Forget boring continuous tones! Each of our frequencies is a carefully composed musical story. We create emotional landscapes that take you on a journey, from calming nature sounds to epic soundscapes.

We're especially proud of our own technologies for nature recordings: using Ambisonics technology, we travel the world and record real nature sounds in 8D quality, from Icelandic waterfalls to Japanese bamboo forests. We build these authentic soundscapes into our frequencies for an incomparably immersive experience.

This emotional and technological component helps you stay with it longer, and the intense experience can deepen the effect even further.

🧠 Groundbreaking MDR technology for modern problems

Especially for people who struggle with focus and concentration, we've developed something new: dissociative music. The idea behind it is brilliantly simple: when sounds and melodies come from different directions, your brain can no longer stay stuck in the mental merry-go-round. Instead, it focuses on where the next sound is coming from.

Our MDR technology (Multi-Dimensional Room) creates a virtual 3D space in which we compose frequencies and music in three dimensions. We work with isochronic tones: precisely calibrated, rhythmically pulsed frequencies that are tuned to specific brainwave ranges.

🎵 Spectro Strobe & harmonic resonance

For the visual component, we've developed a Spectro Strobe track designed specifically for mind machines and available with every frequency. It lets you extend our audio technology with visual stimulation when you want to, designed to reach even deeper neural synchronization. The Harmonic Box-X generates complex frequency patterns in perfect mathematical harmony with each other, designed to support neural synchronization.

🧬 Science-based technologies

Binaural beats and brainwave entrainment are the foundation of our research. Through targeted frequency differences between the ears, we aim to synchronize brainwaves with the desired states. Our own research lab keeps developing these technologies:

Monaural beats: direct frequency modulation without a stereo effect for even stimulation of both brain hemispheres.

Isochronic tones: rhythmic pulses for deeper brain stimulation that also work without headphones.

Schumann resonance integration: tuning to the Earth's natural frequency of 7.83 Hz.

Gamma-wave boosting: supporting high-frequency brainwaves for sharper thinking and mental alertness.

Theta protocols: deep relaxation through 4-8 Hz frequency bands for rest and recovery.

🔬 Measurable results

We measure the effects in the EEG: our goal is for your brain to shift more quickly from beta waves (thinking) to alpha, theta and delta (relaxation). Our proprietary algorithms and trade secrets allow us to take an approach that goes beyond conventional relaxation techniques.

Through ongoing research in our in-house lab, we keep improving the effectiveness of our technologies and develop new approaches to optimizing neural function.

📱 Buy once, use anywhere

With us, you get more than files: you get a complete system. In the shop, you receive all three quality levels with lifetime access. On top of that, we automatically unlock your purchased frequencies in our app for free, with no subscription and no extra costs.

That way your frequencies are always with you, whether you want to relax at home at your computer or on the go with your smartphone.

🎯 The right frequency for every need

The right frequency is already waiting for you. Let's find out together which one it is!

Do I need headphones, or can I use regular speakers?

Most of our frequencies use our 3D technology, which is why headphones are needed for most tracks. The good news: the effect is the same with inexpensive headphones as with expensive models. Better headphones naturally give you better sound quality, but the effect stays the same.

Recommended for higher-quality formats: for high-quality audio formats like 32-bit WAV, it's worth using headphones of matching quality so you can hear the clear difference in sound quality.

Exception: isochronic tones without headphones

There are special frequencies with isochronic tones that don't need headphones. They're marked accordingly in the properties, both in the app and in the shop. You can use these tracks:

  • To fall asleep without headphones
  • In the background while working
  • If you generally don't want to use headphones

Bottom line: just look for the label in the properties, and you'll know right away which tracks also work through regular speakers.

How long should I listen to a frequency, and how often?

Optimal session length: The brain needs about 6-7 minutes to fully synchronize with the audio stimulus. That's why we recommend at least 15-30 minutes per session for the best effect.

Daily use: For beginners, 30 minutes of daily listening is ideal. After about 90 days, once your brain is "trained", you can switch to 22 minutes twice a day. Some studies suggest that even 10 minutes of daily listening over a month can lead to measurable cognitive improvements.

Long-term use: Daily brainwave entrainment should not be used for more than 6-8 weeks in a row. After that, take a break or reduce to less frequent sessions.

What happens with regular use?

The brain as a muscle: Just like a muscle gets stronger with training, your brain can form new neural connections through regular brainwave entrainment. Neurofeedback research shows that just 30 minutes of targeted brainwave training can lead to lasting changes in cortical excitability.

Neuroplasticity in action: In these studies, half an hour of training was enough to cause shifts in brain function that lasted at least 20 minutes after training. This neuroplasticity allows the brain to adapt structurally and functionally.

Long-term effects: Over time, the trained brain states can be reached at will. Neurons that fire together link up, following the principle "neurons that fire together, wire together". The new neural pathways expand from a dirt road into a highway, making different states of consciousness easier and easier to access.

Our tip: Start with 20-30 minutes daily for 4-6 weeks, then reduce to 3-4 sessions per week to maintain the effect long term.

When will I notice the first effects, and what exactly happens in my brain?

Immediate response: Your brain responds to the frequencies within the first seconds. Our audio frequencies typically need 6-7 minutes to fully synchronize, but first responses can appear earlier.

What happens scientifically in your brain?

The cortical evoked response (CER): When your brain receives an auditory stimulus through the ears and auditory pathways, it responds by sending out an electrical charge called the "cortical evoked response". These electrical responses are processed throughout the brain and become what you hear.

Frequency following response (FFR): Within a certain frequency range, the brain follows external rhythms. This is known as the "frequency following response". Rhythmic entrainment of brainwaves was first described with light stimuli in the 1930s, and the auditory frequency following response was described in the late 1960s. When the brain is exposed to a 10 Hz tone, its own brainwaves in the 10 Hz range increase. This means the amplitude or energy of that frequency rises, which can affect you in various ways.

Neural synchronization: Brainwave entrainment describes how the overall frequency of the oscillations produced by synchronous electrical activity in ensembles of cortical neurons can adapt to the periodic vibration of external stimuli. This synchronization happens because small amounts of energy are transferred between the two systems when they are out of phase.

What can you expect in your first sessions?

First 5-10 minutes: Studies show that entrainment occurs on average about five minutes after the frequencies are presented. During this time, your brain begins to adapt its natural rhythms to the external stimulation.

First noticeable effects:

  • Relaxation: alpha frequencies (8-12 Hz) usually bring a feeling of deep relaxation
  • Clarity: beta frequencies (13-30 Hz) can lead to greater alertness
  • Meditative states: theta frequencies (4-8 Hz) support a dreamlike, meditative state

Individual differences: Everyone responds differently. While some people feel clear effects right away, others need several sessions to experience the full effect.

Long-term effects: Neurofeedback research in London showed that just half an hour of voluntary control of brain rhythms is enough to cause a lasting shift in cortical excitability and intracortical function. These effects lasted at least 20 minutes after training ended, a time course that points to neuroplastic changes.

Important note: The science behind brainwave entrainment is based on more than 75 years of research and on the physical principles of synchronization that occur universally in chemistry, neurology, biology and astronomy.

Is this scientifically proven or just esotericism?

Science, not esotericism. Brainwave entrainment is based on more than 75 years of peer-reviewed scientific research and is documented in medical and neuroscience journals.

Historical scientific foundations

The neuroscientific foundations go back to 1875, when Richard Caton first measured the brain's electrical activity. Rhythmic entrainment of brainwaves by light was described in the 1930s, and the auditory frequency following response (FFR) in the late 1960s. The fundamental principle of synchronization was identified in 1665 by the Dutch physicist Christiaan Huygens in his pendulum experiments.

Extensive research in respected journals

Systematic reviews: The comprehensive review by Huang & Charyton (2008), published in "Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine", analyzed studies from MEDLINE (1950-2007), PsycINFO (1806-2007) and Scopus. PubMed lists numerous peer-reviewed studies on binaural beats.

Neuroscientific evidence: Aparecido-Kanzler et al. (2021) conducted a systematic literature review that evaluated 674 studies and rated 33 randomized controlled clinical trials on the Jadad scale. 17 studies met the highest scientific standards (Jadad score ≥3).

Neurophysiological mechanisms

Cortical evoked response (CER): When the brain receives an auditory stimulus through the auditory pathways, it emits an electrical charge in response: the cortical evoked response. This neurophysiological response can be measured precisely with high-resolution electroencephalography and magnetoencephalography (MEG).

Neural entrainment: The synchronous electrical activity of cortical neuron ensembles adjusts its oscillation frequency to the periodic vibration of external stimuli. This mechanism is based on the transfer of small amounts of energy between systems during phase shifts, resulting in negative feedback until the phases are stable.

Frequency following response (FFR): Coffey et al. (2016) used MEG (Nature Communications) to show that the frequency following response contains contributions from both the auditory cortex and subcortical nuclei. The FFR fundamental frequency converges to the stimulus frequency over 100 ms and diverges after offset, consistent with phase alignment and entrainment criteria.

Clinical and therapeutic applications

Research institutions: Research on brain stimulation and entrainment has been conducted at institutions such as University College London, McGill University's Montreal Neurological Institute, the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Stanford University, Harvard Medical School and the Mayo Clinic.

Therapeutic potential: Controlled studies suggest benefits for cognitive deficits, stress, pain, migraine, PMS and behavioral problems. Garcia-Argibay et al. (2019) reported in "Psychological Research" significant improvements in long-term memory with binaural beats.

Neurotechnological standards

Isochronic tones: Early indications of a stronger signal from isochronic tones go back to Manns et al. (1981, Universidad de los Andes, Chile); later work such as Deraman & David (2017) supports this direction, although the overall body of research is still thin. Deraman & David (2017) specifically showed a 15% increase in the RMS values of electrical potentials at anterior frontal electrodes.

EEG validation: Modern studies use quantitative EEG analysis (qEEG), spectral analysis, phase-locking value analysis and cortical source localization. Jirakittayakorn & Wongsawat (2017) demonstrated brainwave entrainment effects using Higuchi fractal dimension analysis.

Complex neurobiological pathways

Auditory processing: Binaural beats are first processed in the superior olivary complex of the brainstem, the first auditory center for bilateral signals. Neurons in the inferior colliculus detect the beat, and phase-locked neural activity in the auditory pathways becomes consistent with the frequency following response.

Oscillatory synchronization: Lakatos et al. (2019) describe in Current Biology the role of neural oscillations in information processing. Theta activity is closely linked to memory functions, and theta-gamma coupling is vital for episodic memory.

International scientific research

Peer review: Research on neural oscillations and entrainment appears in journals such as "Nature Neuroscience", "Journal of Neuroscience", "Scientific Reports", "Frontiers in Human Neuroscience", "PLOS Biology", "NeuroImage" and "Current Biology", some of the most respected journals in neuroscience.

Methodological rigor: The best studies use randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled designs with crossover, EEG/MEG validation, statistical power analysis and, for systematic reviews, the Cochrane Handbook.

Replication: Research groups in Europe, Asia, North and South America have studied brainwave entrainment effects independently.

The research shows: brainwave entrainment is a well-studied neuroscientific method with solid neurophysiological foundations and a growing body of peer-reviewed literature. The results are promising, and larger standardized studies are still needed. It has nothing to do with esotericism.

Are there any side effects or risks I should know about?

Generally very safe. Brainwave entrainment has been researched for decades and works with natural frequencies at low intensities. Comprehensive scientific reviews (such as the analysis of studies from 1806-2007) and modern systematic reviews mainly document mild, temporary effects. We're not aware of any documented serious or permanent harm. Still, there are important exceptions:

Do not use if you have or are:

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders: as a precaution (there are practically no documented cases with pure audio entrainment; warnings are mostly based on audiovisual devices with flashing lights)
  • Pregnant: as a precaution
  • A pacemaker or heart rhythm disorders: as a precaution
  • Under 16: the developing brain reacts more sensitively

Possible side effects:

These can occur at the beginning while your brain gets used to the new frequencies. Over time, they usually improve or disappear completely:

  • Headaches (mostly when the volume is too high)
  • Slight dizziness after the session
  • Tiredness with relaxing frequencies
  • Rarely: nausea or an increased heart rate

Expanded states of consciousness:

With some frequencies (marked accordingly), natural altered states of consciousness can occur, similar to meditative or psychedelic experiences, but without the risks of substances:

  • Parts of your body "fall asleep" (while you're still awake)
  • Flashes of light
  • Out-of-body experiences
  • Lucid dreams or visions
  • Other states of consciousness

This is normal and usually harmless. Just enjoy the experience!

Safety tips:

  • If effects are strong: shorten the session to 10-15 minutes (until your brain has adjusted)
  • Volume: normal conversation level
  • If you feel unwell: stop immediately
  • Do not use while driving

Bottom line: very safe with normal use. Most people have no problems at all; just start with short sessions and listen to your body. Brainwave entrainment has been researched for decades, and we're not aware of any documented side effects more serious than those listed here.

What's the difference between your frequencies and free YouTube videos?

Clearly better quality! It's like the difference between a song on the radio and the same music in hi-res studio quality: technically the same song, but a completely different listening experience.

We have frequencies on YouTube ourselves, but the purchased versions in our shop and app are the full, uncompressed productions made for undisturbed sessions. The main difference, though, is between professional providers like us and the many amateur producers who upload all kinds of things to YouTube:

🎯 Credibility and expertise

YouTube: Anyone can upload something and call it "brainwave entrainment" or "hypnosis", usually without any training or any idea what these frequencies actually do in the brain.

Us: Professional development in our own research lab by experts with years of scientific experience. You know exactly who your frequencies come from and how they work.

🔬 Scientific foundation

YouTube: Mostly copied or imitated frequencies without an understanding of neurobiology. How is someone without hypnosis training supposed to create an effective hypnosis session?

Us: Every frequency is researched, composed with our MDR technology and tested in the lab. Transparent documentation of all the technologies we use.

🎵 Technical quality: the deciding factor

YouTube:

  • Compression affects the signal: fine details can get lost
  • Lossy audio quality: important frequency ranges can be lost
  • Imprecise frequencies: what's sold as "40 Hz" is often completely wrong
  • Inconsistent volume: sometimes too quiet, sometimes too loud
  • Boring loops: the same 2-3 minutes repeat endlessly

Us:

  • Several premium formats: MP3 in maximum quality, uncompressed FLAC, 32-bit WAV from a professional recording studio
  • 432 Hz tuning instead of the usual 440 Hz, which many people find warmer and more pleasant
  • Precise calibration: every Hz measured and documented
  • Every frequency tells a story: fully composed sessions with plenty of variety
  • Listen hundreds of times: you keep discovering new details and experience a real sound journey
  • High-end studio equipment: professional production instead of home recording
  • Isochronic tones in the highest quality

🚫 Interruptions vs. a pure experience

YouTube:

  • Ads in the middle: you get pulled out of the deep experience
  • Autoplay and notifications: constant distractions
  • Dependence on the internet: buffering ruins the flow
  • Unpredictable interruptions

Us:

  • Professional app: built specifically for undisturbed sessions
  • Available offline: works anywhere, without internet
  • No ads, no distractions: a pure experience
  • Reliable performance

🧠 What you really get

  • Missing results and frustration
  • Your data, which YouTube collects
  • Content of unknown quality that nobody has checked

✅ Why credibility matters in brainwave entrainment

Brainwave entrainment works directly on your brain. You shouldn't experiment with:

  • Amateur productions of unknown origin
  • Copied frequencies without quality control
  • "Hobby hypnotists" without training
  • Uncontrolled states of consciousness

With us you get: professional, safe and science-based frequencies from a real research lab, not from a YouTuber's bedroom.

Bottom line: your brain deserves the best. Trust decades of research and professional expertise instead of random internet videos!

Is there really a difference between MP3, FLAC and 32-bit WAV, and can you actually feel it?

In short: yes, and it's clearly audible. The music sounds noticeably better, and the frequencies reach you with full precision. How much this affects the brain directly has barely been researched, but the technical differences are real.

🔍 What's the technical difference?

The formats differ in the amount of data processed per second, and therefore in how precisely sound and frequencies are transmitted:

  • MP3 (320 kbps) has about 320,000 bits per second: heavily compressed and lossy
  • FLAC is around 700,000 to 1,100,000 bits per second: lossless, but still compressed
  • WAV 16-bit / 44.1 kHz corresponds to CD quality with 1,411,200 bits per second
  • WAV 24-bit / 48 kHz reaches about 2,304,000 bits per second
  • WAV 32-bit / 96 kHz delivers about 6,144,000 bits per second, roughly 20 times more than MP3

The more bits and the higher the sample rate, the more detail, dynamics and frequency information can be transmitted.

🧠 Why does this matter for frequency work?

Frequencies work with fine differences. With binaural beats, for example, the effect comes from a small frequency difference between the left and right ear. Lossy formats like MP3 can alter fine stereo information during compression.

🔸 That's why we recommend lossless formats whenever possible.

🔸 High-resolution formats (especially 32-bit WAV) preserve the waveforms in full clarity.

🧬 Is there scientific evidence for this?

Only to a limited extent. Research shows that music is processed emotionally and physically, and that sound quality influences how immersive we find an experience. Whether higher resolution directly strengthens brainwave entrainment has not been studied systematically. Our recommendation is based on technical reasoning and our own experience.

🎼 What does Brainwave3D do differently?

We produce all our frequencies and music in 32-bit floating point at 96 kHz, in professional studio quality of the kind otherwise known from film and cinema productions.

What this means for you:
✅ More detail
✅ More emotion
✅ More depth
✅ Maximum precision

You always get our products in three versions:

  • MP3 (handy on the go)
  • FLAC (lossless, compact)
  • 32-bit WAV (maximum sound depth and precision)

✅ Bottom line

If you really want to work with frequencies, with your subconscious, your transformation and your state of consciousness, then audio quality is not a luxury. It's a key part of the experience.

The higher the quality, the more immersive the experience.

If you're unsure which version to use, just write to us. We'll help you get the most out of your sound experience.

What equipment do I need for the frequencies?

In general, you don't need any special equipment to work with our frequencies: simple headphones or your smartphone are perfectly enough.

But if you want to experience the full quality, especially with FLAC or 32-bit WAV files, it makes sense to consider higher-quality headphones or an external player. It's like the difference between black-and-white TV and 8K with surround sound, or even virtual reality: the frequency works without it, but with a good setup it becomes more intense, more immersive and much more tangible.

For anyone who wants to get more out of it, we recommend these two articles:

🎧 The best headphones for frequencies & meditation (in German)

📱 Which audio players are ideal for brainwave frequencies? (in German)

In short: it works with anything, but with a good setup it becomes magical.

Should I listen to the frequencies sitting or lying down?

The best position for each frequency is always listed in its usage recommendation in the product description in the shop. In general, the usage recommendation is just a recommendation. Listen to the frequencies however feels most comfortable to you, whether lying down, sitting or in your usual meditation posture.

Many of our users prefer to relax lying down because they can let go more deeply. But if you tend to fall asleep quickly, sitting may make more sense. What matters is that you feel safe, comfortable and undisturbed. That's when the frequency works best.

Tip: Feel free to try both positions and see what works best for you. Your body will show you what fits.

Why doesn't Brainwave3D offer subliminals or silent subliminals?

Our decision not to include subliminals or silent subliminals in our range is based on scientific findings and our quality standards.

The scientific evidence

The research on subliminals is clear. In the landmark study by Greenwald et al. (1991), 237 participants were tested under controlled conditions. The result: subliminal audio tapes showed no effect beyond the placebo effect. In his comprehensive review (1988), Timothy Moore concluded that there is no scientific evidence that subliminally presented messages affect motivation or behavior.

In our in-house consciousness lab, we checked these findings with our own EEG measurements. Over several months, we tested various subliminal techniques and embedding methods. The measurements showed no changes in brainwave activity and no detectable neurological effects.

Our company philosophy

At Brainwave3D, we have clear principles: we stand 100% behind every product we offer.

Technically, we could easily produce silent subliminals: put a few affirmations under some music, and the product would be done. Production costs would be minimal and profit margins correspondingly high. But that's exactly the point: it would only be technically possible, not scientifically meaningful.

Our quality standards

With subliminals, we would have to sell a product that, after extensive testing, we know doesn't work beyond the placebo effect. That doesn't meet our quality standards.

If you want to learn more about subliminals, check out this article (in German): The subliminals lie nobody wants to hear
