With this extended license, you get the right to use our Brainwave3D frequencies and meditations professionally and commercially.

✅ Group sessions and events
✅ Wellness and spa applications
✅ Yoga and meditation classes
✅ Workshops and seminars
✅ Background music in your practice or studio
✅ Generating income through your services
✅ Creating an individual recording for a single client (e.g. hypnosis with background music). You may sell it to that client as long as it's intended only for their private use. It is not allowed to offer such tracks publicly on your website or in a shop to any customer.
What's NOT allowed:❌ Reselling or renting the files
❌ Reselling or renting the original files (only we may distribute them)
❌ Uploading the files to YouTube, Spotify or other platforms
❌ Using the frequencies as a standalone product/app or for open resale
❌ Passing the files on to other people, colleagues or institutions
❌ Using the original files in social media posts without your own content (e.g. simply uploading them)
❌ Advertising our frequencies as “your” own production
❌ Streaming or download offers where end customers can buy the files like their own music product or download them freely
