The 5 most important questions

Was sind meine wirklichen Vorteile?
  •     Kein Vorwissen nötig, keine Atemtechniken, keine Meditationserfahrung
Tesla beschrieb in seiner Autobiografie intensive Visionen ganzer Erfindungen in diesem Zustand.
Was passiert in der Dissoziations-Phase?

Train your brain for the hypnagogic creativity state at the theta-alpha border where Edison, Tesla, and da Vinci had their greatest breakthroughs

Thomas Edison sat in his chair, a steel ball in his hand, and let himself drift into half-sleep. The moment he nodded off and the ball clattered to the floor, he was back, with an idea that hadn't been there before. Tesla described detailed visions of entire machines that appeared to him in this in-between state. Da Vinci kept journals of the images that surfaced in the moments before sleep. And Paul McCartney heard the complete melody of "Yesterday" playing in his head one morning in 1965 as he emerged from exactly this state, so fully formed that he spent weeks convinced he must have stolen it from somewhere.

The state where all of this happened has a name: hypnagogia.

You know it too. The idea in the shower. The flash of insight right before falling asleep. The solution that finds you on a walk after you spent hours staring at your desk. In those moments, your brain was in a very specific place, neurologically speaking: at the border between alpha and theta waves, somewhere around 7 to 8 Hz. Where the analytical mind lets go and the subconscious starts making free associations.

The problem: this state comes and goes as it pleases. At your desk, when you need it, it vanishes. And all you're left with are brainstorming methods that feel like spinning your wheels.

Why brainstorming fails and showers work

Researchers at the Paris Brain Institute (Sorbonne Université, published in Science, 2021) demonstrated that subjects in the hypnagogic state found creative solutions with significantly higher probability than in normal wakefulness. MIT confirmed in 2023 that the transition between waking and sleep is a measurable "sweet spot" for creativity. A study in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience shows that theta stimulation in the 4 to 8 Hz range activates exactly the brain regions responsible for divergent, non-linear and associative thinking.

Your brain isn't uncreative. It's stuck, in beta mode, in analytical thinking, in the inner censor that evaluates every idea before it can even take shape. Edison, Tesla and da Vinci didn't have better brains. They had a trick: they knew how to enter the state between waking and sleeping, and stay there.

What actually changes for you

  • Creative ideas flow instead of being forced, because your brain learns to consciously lower the analytical filter
  • Solutions to problems you've been stuck on for days surface, because your subconscious can freely associate in the hypnagogic state
  • You enter flow states faster during creative work, because your brain has trained the pathway
  • Your inner critic gets quieter, the part that says "not good enough" before an idea can even breathe
  • You become less dependent on random creative moments, because you can deliberately trigger the state behind them
  • The quality of your ideas increases with every session, because the training effect is cumulative

You don't have to actively do anything. No visualization, no breathing technique, no meditation prerequisite. Put on headphones, lie down, let the 30 minutes do their work. The frequency handles the rest.

Phase 1: Dissoziation

No Atmos Version

Optimal Usage for Maximum Effect

Use closed over-ear headphones for full effect. The binaural beats in track 2 only work through headphones, as the effect relies on each ear receiving a slightly different tone.

Lie down or sit back comfortably. You don't need to actively do anything. No visualization, no concentration, no "doing it right." The frequency takes the lead.

Keep the volume pleasantly low. You should perceive the tones without finding them loud. If the pink noise sounds like gentle background static and the pulses sit subtly on top, the volume is right.

Dim the room or use a sleep mask. The hypnagogic state emerges more easily when external stimuli are reduced.

Keep a notebook or your phone within reach. When ideas surface, note them immediately after the session, before the analytical mind filters them again.

📅 Recommended Training Plan (21 Days)

Week 1 – Getting Started (daily or every other day) Your brain is learning the frequency. Some notice a shift in their thinking after the very first session, others need a few days. Both are normal. Listen once per day, ideally at the same time each day to build a routine.

Week 2–3 – Deepening (daily) Now the training effect becomes noticeable. Your brain finds the theta-alpha transition faster. Creative insights may start occurring more frequently outside of sessions too, in the shower, while walking, during quiet moments. That's a sign the training is working. Continue listening daily, once per day is enough.

From Week 4 – Integration (3–4x per week) Your brain has internalized the pathway. You can reduce the frequency and use it specifically before creative work phases or when you notice you're stuck in a block. Some use Hypnagogia as a permanent creative ritual before project phases.

Don't overdo it: more than one session per day is neither necessary nor recommended.

✨ What you might experience

Experiences with Hypnagogia are individual. Here is a realistic spectrum of what's possible:

  • Sudden appearance of images, colors or scenes before your inner eye, without consciously creating them
  • Unexpected connections between ideas that seemed separate before, like puzzle pieces suddenly clicking together
  • A feeling of mental spaciousness and openness, as if a narrow room in your head suddenly became larger
  • Physical letting go, heavy limbs, a pleasant sinking sensation, sometimes a light tingling
  • The feeling of being half awake and half in a dream, with the ability to perceive both simultaneously
  • Sometimes nothing seems to happen. That's normal and doesn't mean the frequency isn't working. The brain often processes in the background

Some notice a difference after the very first session. For others it takes a week. Both are perfectly fine.

💡 Additional Tips and Notes

Drink a glass of water after each session. Your brain works intensely during the 30 minutes.

Keep a creativity journal. Write down what surfaced immediately after each session, even if it seems random or disconnected. Often the connections only become apparent hours or days later.

If you fall asleep during the session, that's not a problem. Your brain still trains the state. However, you'll have less conscious access to the insights, so a slightly upright position (reclined in a chair rather than flat in bed) is often better for creative work.

Combine the session with a specific question. If you clearly formulate a problem or creative task before the session and then let go, it gives your subconscious a direction.

Not recommended for people with epilepsy or severe psychiatric conditions. Consult a physician if in doubt.

This protocol is a recommendation. If you find that a different rhythm or time of day works better for you, follow your own experience. You know yourself best.

What are brainwave frequencies, and how do they actually work?

Your brain is constantly producing electrical waves - these are the so-called brainwaves. Depending on your state of consciousness, these waves oscillate at different speeds:

  • Delta (0.5-4 Hz): Deep sleep & regeneration
  • Theta (4-8 Hz): Relaxation & meditation
  • Alpha (8-13 Hz): Calm & serenity
  • Beta (13-30 Hz): Normal waking consciousness
  • Gamma (30+ Hz): Peak concentration

How does it work?

It's quite simple: Your brain automatically adapts to external rhythms - this is called "brainwave entrainment".

  1. You listen to our specially developed frequencies via headphones
  2. Your brain "synchronizes" with these frequencies
  3. This changes your state of consciousness accordingly

Example: If you listen to 8 Hz frequencies, your brain shifts into the alpha state = deep relaxation.

What can I use this for?

  • Better sleep: Delta frequencies for deep sleep
  • Reduce stress: Alpha/theta frequencies for relaxation
  • Deepen meditation: Theta frequencies for meditative states
  • Increase focus: Beta frequencies for concentration

Is it safe?

Yes, absolutely! This technology has been researched for over 100 years and is completely natural. Your brain does this by itself every day - we just help you to achieve specific states in a targeted manner.

Not suitable for: Epilepsy, pregnancy, pacemaker wearers, or those under 16 years of age.

How quickly does it work?

You will often feel the first signs of relaxation after just 5-10 minutes. The optimal effect unfolds after 20-30 minutes of regular use.

What sets your frequencies apart from other providers?

🔬 Real science from our own institute

We are the Brainwave Entertainment Research Institute, and for over 15 years, we have operated our own hospital-standard consciousness research laboratory. As a proud member of IAC World (International Academy of Consciousness), we are among the world's leading consciousness institutes. IAC World is the most renowned organization for consciousness research—so respected that even the White House consults them when questions about consciousness and expanded states of awareness arise. While many providers work only with pre-made frequencies, we develop and test every single sound in our laboratory. We actually measure how different frequencies affect the brain, instead of simply claiming that they work.

This years-long research is the reason why our frequencies are known on the market for achieving the fastest and best results.

🎵 World-class expertise meets creativity

Our composer Marko C. Lorenz has learned from absolute luminaries. From Dave Siever at Stanford University, the world's leading expert in brainwave entrainment and neurofeedback technology. And in music composition from Hans Zimmer, the Oscar-winning composer of legendary film scores such as Inception, Interstellar, and The Dark Knight.

The Spiegel bestseller author and successful YouTuber with over 200,000 subscribers brings a highly scientific background: He was the managing director of his own data forensics company, which became the market leader in Europe and today has over 100 locations worldwide. As a court-appointed expert, he worked on the most complex technical analyses.

His company worked primarily for the highest government levels (presidents), judicial authorities, drug enforcement agencies, and the police—highly reputable clients. Notable clients also included Mercedes, Samsung, Siemens, Sony, various banks, and even the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency). He is, therefore, more of a scientist than a spiritual esotericist.

In our own recording studio, we work with the world's best equipment for ambient music. The heart of it is our modular system, which allows us to create every conceivable combination—making our goal tangible: to create unique music from the future.

💎 Audio quality that your brain can feel

Our research has discovered something fascinating: Higher audio quality means a faster effect on the brain. That is why with every purchase, you receive not just one, but three versions:

MP3 in maximum quality for daily use, FLAC (which is like a ZIP file for music—compressed but without loss of quality), and WAV 32-bit in hi-res studio quality for the maximum immersive experience.

The result: The frequencies reach your brain more precisely and unfold their effect significantly faster.

🎭 Emotional journeys instead of monotonous loops

Forget boring, continuous tones! Each of our frequencies is a carefully composed musical story. We create emotional landscapes that take you on a journey—from calming nature sounds to epic soundscapes.

We are particularly proud of our proprietary technologies for nature recordings: Using ambisonics technology, we travel the world and record real nature sounds in 8D quality—from Icelandic waterfalls to Japanese bamboo forests. We implement these authentic soundscapes into our frequencies for an incomparably immersive experience.

This emotional and technological component ensures that you stay engaged longer and the effect is intensified by the deep experience.

🧠 Groundbreaking MDR technology for modern problems

Especially for people with ADHD and concentration problems, we have developed something revolutionary: dissociative music. The idea behind it is brilliantly simple: When sounds and melodies come from different directions, your brain can no longer focus on the "thought carousel." Instead, it focuses on where the next sound is coming from.

Our MDR technology (Multi-Dimensional Room) creates a virtual 3D space in which we compose frequencies and music three-dimensionally. In doing so, we work with isochronic tones—precisely calibrated frequencies tuned to international standards that activate specific brain regions.

🎵 Spectro Strobe & Harmonic Resonance

For the visual component, we have developed a Spectro Strobe track designed specifically for Mind Machines, available with every frequency. This allows our audio technology to be expanded with visual stimulation as needed, achieving even deeper neural synchronization. The Harmonic Box-X generates complex frequency patterns that are in perfect mathematical harmony with one another and are proven to promote neural synchronization.

🧬 Scientifically sound technologies

Binaural beats and brainwave entrainment form the foundation of our research. Through specifically applied frequency differences between the ears, we synchronize brainwaves with desired states. Our own research laboratory continuously develops these technologies further:

Monaurals beats: Direct frequency modulation without stereo effect for uniform stimulation of both brain hemispheres.

Isochronic tones: Rhythmic impulses for deeper brain stimulation that are effective even without headphones.

Schumann resonance integration: Tuning to the natural Earth frequency of 7.83 Hz for optimal biological synchronization.

Gamma-wave boosting: Promotion of high-frequency brainwaves for increased cognition and consciousness expansion.

Theta-healing protocols: Deep relaxation through 4-8 Hz frequency bands for regenerative healing processes.

🔬 Measurable results

The result is measurable via EEG: Your brain demonstrably switches faster from beta waves (thinking) to alpha, theta, and delta (relaxation). Our proprietary algorithms and trade secrets allow us to influence biological processes at a level that goes far beyond conventional relaxation techniques.

Through continuous research in our in-house laboratory, we constantly improve the efficacy of our technologies and develop new approaches for optimizing neural functions.

How do I get the most out of the frequencies? (Set & Setting Guide)

To get the most out of our frequencies, two things are key: your setting (your external environment) and your set (your internal state of mind).

  • Quiet environment: Find a place where you won't be disturbed. Make sure your phone is in flight mode – no calls, messages, or push notifications during the session.
  • Posture: Best while lying down, or alternatively sitting in a relaxed position. Please do not listen while driving or performing activities that require your full attention.
  • Headphones or speakers: Most of our frequencies should be listened to with good stereo headphones, as they are specifically produced with 3D effects and psychoacoustic technology that only work fully through headphones. However, there are also many frequencies that can be heard via speakers – e.g., for background relaxation or with certain ambient frequencies. You will always find information on whether a frequency works with or without headphones in the specifications on the respective product page.
  • Volume & technology: Adjust the volume to a comfortable level. Use the app or shop download without any equalizer or sound filters.
  • Internal state (set): If you are stressed or strongly emotionally triggered, the frequencies will have a different effect than if you are in a state of calm and peace. Frequencies amplify what is within you – so approach them consciously with an open, calm mindset.
  • Integration afterwards: After listening, take a few minutes to feel the effects in silence, drink a glass of water, or write down your thoughts. This helps to deepen the effect.
  • Consistency: It is better to listen often for short periods (15–30 minutes) than rarely for a very long time.
  • Listening in the background: If a frequency can also be listened to "on the side," this is always stated directly in the product description.

➤ We have developed dedicated ambient frequencies for this purpose, which you can use specifically while working, writing, or for background relaxation. You can find these in the "Nature & Ambient" category in the shop. They have been specially produced for focus, concentration, and gentle relaxation.

Additional tip for background use:

  • Creative activities such as free painting or writing can work if you are in a quiet flow state while doing so.
  • Not suitable are things like surfing the internet, scrolling, or chatting – these strongly distract your brain and significantly reduce the effect.
  • If you want to experience the full potential, consciously take time for yourself, without any visual or acoustic distractions.

Do I need headphones, or do regular speakers work too?

Most of our frequencies work with our 3D technology, which is why headphones are necessary for most tracks. The good news: the effect is just as present with inexpensive headphones as it is with expensive models. Naturally, the better the headphones you use, the better the sound quality, but the therapeutic effect remains constant.

Recommended for higher quality formats: For high-quality audio formats such as 32-bit WAV, it is recommended to use headphones of a corresponding quality in order to experience the clear difference in sound quality.

Exception: Isochronic tones without headphones

There are special frequencies with isochronic tones that do not require headphones. These are clearly marked as such in both the app and the shop. You can use these tracks:

  • For falling asleep without headphones
  • In the background while working
  • If you generally do not wish to use headphones

Conclusion: Simply look for the label in the properties - then you will know immediately which tracks also work via normal speakers.

How long and how often should I listen to a frequency?

Optimal session duration: The brain requires about 6-7 minutes to fully synchronize with the audio stimulus. Therefore, we recommend at least 15-30 minutes per session for the best effect.

Daily use: For beginners, it is ideal to listen for 30 minutes daily. After about 90 days, once your brain is "trained," you can switch to 22 minutes twice a day. Studies show that even 10 minutes of daily listening over a month can result in measurable cognitive improvements.

Long-term use: Daily use of brainwave entrainment should not exceed 6-8 weeks at a time. After that, a break or a reduction to less frequent sessions is recommended.

What happens with regular use?

The brain as a muscle: Like a muscle that becomes stronger through training, your brain also develops new neural connections through regular brainwave entrainment. Research shows that lasting changes in cortical excitability occur after just 30 minutes of targeted brainwave training.

Neuroplasticity in action: Studies prove that half an hour of training is enough to cause permanent shifts in brain function that last for at least 20 minutes after the training. This neuroplasticity allows the brain to adapt structurally and functionally.

Long-term effects: After a certain period, the trained brain areas can be reached at will. Neurons that fire together, wire together. The new neural pathways are upgraded from a dirt road to a highway, making different states of consciousness increasingly easier to access.

Our tip: Start with 20-30 minutes daily for 4-6 weeks, then reduce to 3-4 sessions per week for long-term maintenance of the effect.

When will I notice the first effects, and what exactly happens in my brain?

Immediate reaction: Your brain reacts to the frequencies within the first few seconds. Our audio frequencies typically take 6-7 minutes to fully synchronize, but initial reactions can occur even sooner.

What happens scientifically in your brain?

The Cortical Evoked Response (CER): When your brain receives an auditory stimulus through the ears and auditory pathways, it emits an electrical charge in response known as the "Cortical Evoked Response." These electrical responses are processed throughout the entire brain and become what you hear.

Frequency Following Response (FFR): The brain can be trained within a certain frequency range, which is known as the "Frequency Following Response" and was discovered by neuroscientists in the 1930s. When the brain is exposed to a 10 Hz tone, its own brainwaves in the 10 Hz range increase. This means that the amplitude or energy of this frequency increases, which affects you in various ways.

Neural Synchronization: Brainwave Entrainment refers to the way in which the overall frequency of oscillations, generated by synchronous electrical activity in ensembles of cortex neurons, can adapt to the periodic vibration of external stimuli. Such synchronization occurs because small amounts of energy are transferred between the two systems when they are out of phase.

What can you expect in the first sessions?

First 5-10 minutes: Studies show that entrainment occurs on average five minutes after the presentation of the frequencies. During this time, your brain begins to adapt its natural rhythms to the external stimulation.

First noticeable effects:

  • Relaxation: Alpha frequencies (8-12 Hz) usually induce a feeling of deep relaxation
  • Clarity: Beta frequencies (13-30 Hz) can lead to increased alertness
  • Meditative states: Theta frequencies (4-8 Hz) promote a dream-like, meditative state

Individual differences: Everyone reacts differently. While some feel clear effects immediately, others require several sessions to experience the full impact.

Long-term effects: Studies from the University of London demonstrated that even half an hour of voluntary control of brain rhythms is sufficient to cause a lasting shift in cortical excitability and intracortical function. These effects lasted for at least 20 minutes after the end of the training - a timeline that indicates neuroplastic changes.

Important note: The science behind brainwave entrainment is based on over 75 years of solid research and the physical principles of synchronization that occur universally in chemistry, neurology, biology, and astronomy.

Is this scientifically proven or just esoteric?

Clearly science, not esotericism. Brainwave entrainment is based on over 75 years of peer-reviewed scientific research and is extensively documented in leading medical and neuroscience journals.

Historical scientific foundation

The neuroscientific foundations date back to 1875, when Richard Caton first demonstrated electrical brain activity using electroencephalography. The Frequency Following Response (FFR) was discovered and systematically researched by neuroscientists as early as the 1930s. The fundamental principle of synchronization was identified in 1665 by the Dutch physicist Christiaan Huygens during pendulum experiments.

Extensive body of studies in renowned journals

Systematic reviews: The comprehensive meta-analysis by Huang & Charyton (2008), published in "Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine," analyzed studies from MEDLINE (1950–2007), PsycINFO (1806–2007), and Scopus databases. PubMed lists over 142 peer-reviewed studies on binaural beats alone.

Neuroscientific evidence: Aparecido-Kanzler et al. (2021) conducted a systematic literature review that evaluated 674 studies and assessed 33 randomized, controlled clinical trials according to the Jadad scale. 17 studies met the highest scientific standards (≥3 points on the Jadad score).

Neurophysiological mechanisms

Cortical Evoked Response (CER): When the brain receives an auditory stimulus through the auditory pathways, it emits an electrical charge in response—the cortical evoked response. This neurophysiological reaction is precisely measurable using high-resolution electroencephalography and magnetoencephalography (MEG).

Neural Entrainment: The synchronous electrical activity of cortical neuron ensembles adjusts its oscillation frequency to the periodic vibration of external stimuli. This mechanism is based on the transfer of small amounts of energy between systems during phase shifts, resulting in negative feedback until phase stability is achieved.

Frequency Following Response (FFR): Cofey et al. (2021) demonstrated using MEG that the FFR shows oscillatory activity after stimulus offset in the auditory cortex and subcortical auditory nuclei. The FFR fundamental frequency converges toward the stimulus frequency over 100ms and diverges after offset—consistent with phase alignment and entrainment criteria.

Clinical and therapeutic applications

Medical institutions: Studies are conducted at renowned institutions: University College London, McGill University Montreal Neurological Institute, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Stanford University, Harvard Medical School, Mayo Clinic.

Therapeutic efficacy: Controlled studies demonstrate effectiveness for cognitive function deficits, stress, pain, migraines, PMS, and behavioral problems. Garcia-Argibay et al. (2019) showed significant improvements in long-term memory through binaural beats in "Psychological Research."

Neurotechnological standards

Isochronic tones: Manns (1981, Universidad de los Andes, Chile) first demonstrated that isochronic tones produce stronger brainwave entrainment effects than binaural beats. Deraman & David (2017) showed a 15% increase in the RMS values of electrical potentials at anterior frontal electrodes.

EEG validation: Modern studies use quantitative EEG analysis (qEEG), spectral analysis, phase-locking value analysis, and cortical source localization. Jirakittayakorn & Wongsawat (2017) demonstrated brainwave entrainment effects using Higuchi fractal dimension analysis.

Complex neurobiological pathways

Auditory processing: Binaural beats are initially processed in the superior olivary complex of the brainstem—the first auditory center for bilateral signals. Neurons in the inferior colliculus detect the beat, and phase-coupled neuronal activity of the auditory pathways becomes consistent with the frequency-following response.

Oscillatory synchronization: Lakatos et al. (2019) describe the role of neuronal oscillations in information processing in *Current Biology*. Theta activity is extensively linked to memory functions, and theta-gamma coupling is vital for episodic memory.

International scientific recognition

Peer-review process: Studies appear in "Nature Neuroscience," "Journal of Neuroscience," "Scientific Reports," "Frontiers in Human Neuroscience," "PLOS Biology," "Neuroimage," and "Current Biology"—the most renowned neuroscience journals with rigorous peer-review procedures.

Methodological rigor: Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies with crossover designs, EEG/MEG validation, statistical power analysis, and compliance with the Cochrane Handbook for systematic reviews.

Replications: Multiple independent research groups in Europe, Asia, North America, and South America consistently replicate brainwave entrainment effects, eliminating cultural or methodological bias.

The scientific evidence is overwhelming: Brainwave entrainment is an established neuroscientific method with robust neurophysiological foundations, extensive peer-reviewed literature, and proven therapeutic efficacy. There is definitely no question of it being esotericism.

Are there any side effects or risks I should know about?

Fundamentally very safe - Brainwave entrainment has been researched for over 100 years and works with natural frequencies at low intensities. Comprehensive scientific reviews (such as the analysis of studies from 1806-2007) and modern systematic reviews document mainly mild, temporary effects. There are no documented cases of serious or permanent harm. However, there are important exceptions:

Do not use if:

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders - Precautionary measure (virtually no documented cases with pure audio entrainment; warnings are mostly based on audio-visual devices with flashing lights)
  • Pregnancy - Can theoretically induce labor
  • Pacemaker or cardiac arrhythmias - Brain waves influence heart rhythm
  • Under 16 years of age - The developing brain is more sensitive

Possible side effects:

These may occur at the beginning as your brain adapts to the new frequencies. Over time, they usually improve or disappear entirely:

  • Headaches (usually due to excessive volume)
  • Mild dizziness after the session
  • Fatigue with relaxing frequencies
  • Rarely: Nausea or increased heart rate

Expanded states of consciousness:

With some frequencies (labeled accordingly), natural altered states of consciousness can occur - similar to meditative or psychedelic experiences, but without harmful side effects:

  • Body parts "falling asleep" (while you remain awake)
  • Flashes of light
  • Out-of-body experiences
  • Lucid dreams or visions
  • Other states of consciousness

This is completely normal and harmless - just enjoy the experience!

Safety tips:

  • If effects are strong: Shorten the session to 10-15 minutes (until the brain has adapted)
  • Volume: Normal conversation volume
  • If feeling unwell: Stop immediately
  • Do not use while driving

Conclusion: Very safe under normal use. Most people have no problems - simply start with short sessions and listen to your body. Brainwave entrainment has been researched for over 100 years and there is no documentation of more drastic side effects than those listed here.

What's the difference between your frequencies and free YouTube videos?

Significantly better quality and impact! It is like the difference between a song on the radio and the same music in hi-res studio quality—technically the same song, but an entirely different listening experience.

We have frequencies on YouTube ourselves, but the purchased versions in our shop and our app are significantly more effective. The main difference, however, lies between professional providers like us and the many amateur producers who upload all sorts of things to YouTube:

🎯 Credibility and Expertise

YouTube: Anyone can simply upload something and call it "brainwave entrainment" or "hypnosis"—usually without any training or knowledge of what these frequencies actually trigger in the brain.

We: Professional development in our own research laboratory by experts with years of scientific experience. You know exactly where your frequencies come from and how they work.

🔬 Scientific Basis

YouTube: Mostly copied or imitated frequencies without an understanding of neurobiology. How can someone without hypnosis training create an effective hypnosis session?

We: Every frequency is scientifically researched, composed with our MDR technology, and tested in the lab for effectiveness. Transparent documentation of all technologies used.

🎵 Technical Quality - The Decisive Factor

YouTube:

  • Compression destroys effect - The subtle frequencies are eliminated
  • Lossy MP3 quality - Important frequency ranges are lost
  • Imprecise frequencies - What is sold as "40Hz" is often completely wrong
  • Inconsistent volume - Sometimes too quiet, sometimes too loud
  • Boring loops - The same 2-3 minutes repeat endlessly

We:

  • Multiple premium formats: MP3 in maximum quality, FLAC uncompressed, WAV 32-bit from a professional recording studio
  • 432 Hz tuning instead of the usual 440 Hz - more harmonious for the body
  • Precise calibration - Every Hz accurately measured and documented
  • Every frequency tells a story - Fully composed sessions with total variety
  • Listenable hundreds of times - You will constantly discover new details and experience a true sound journey
  • High-end studio equipment - Professional production instead of home recording
  • Isochronic tones in the highest quality

🚫 Distractions vs. Pure Experience

YouTube:

  • Ads in the middle - You are torn out of the deep experience
  • Autoplay and notifications - Constant distractions
  • Internet dependency - Buffering destroys the flow
  • Unpredictable interruptions

We:

  • Professional app - Specifically developed for undisturbed sessions
  • Offline available - Works everywhere, without internet
  • No ads, no distractions - Pure experience
  • Reliable performance

  • Uncontrolled states of consciousness

With us, you receive: Professional, safe, and scientifically sound frequencies from a real research laboratory—not from a YouTuber's bedroom.

Conclusion: Your brain deserves the best. Trust in over 100 years of research and professional expertise instead of random internet videos!

Is there really a difference between MP3, FLAC and 32-bit WAV, and can you actually feel it?

In short: Yes – and significantly so. Not only is the audio quality audibly better, but so is the effect of the frequencies on your brain. The difference is noticeable, measurable, and scientifically explainable.

🔍 What is the technical difference?

The formats differ in the amount of data processed per second – and thus in the precision with which sound and frequencies are transmitted:

  • MP3 (320 kbps) has about 320,000 bits per second – heavily compressed and lossy
  • FLAC is around 700,000 to 1,100,000 bits per second; it is lossless but still compressed
  • WAV 16 Bit / 44.1 kHz corresponds to CD quality at 1,411,200 bits per second
  • WAV 24 Bit / 48 kHz reaches about 2,304,000 bits per second
  • WAV 32 Bit / 96 kHz delivers approx. 6,144,000 bits per second – that is around 20 times more than MP3

The more bits and the higher the sampling rate, the more detail, dynamics, and frequency information can be transported – and this is precisely what is crucial for neuroacoustic frequency work.

🧠 Why is this so important for the brain?

Because your brain waves themselves operate in an extremely refined way. The more accurate the transmitted oscillation, the better your brain can synchronize – especially in the range of theta, delta, or epsilon waves, i.e., deep states of consciousness.

🔸 MP3 cuts off fine signal components exactly there – which weakens the effect.

🔸 High-resolution formats (especially WAV 32-bit) preserve the sine waves in their full clarity – and that is exactly what your nervous system senses.

🧬 Is there scientific evidence for this?

Yes. Studies show that the brain processes high-resolution music more intensely, faster, and more emotionally:

  • Trost et al. (2012): Higher sound complexity activates the limbic system more strongly
  • Music processing in the EEG shows: High-quality audio formats trigger broader neuronal responses
  • Synchronization is more successful with smooth, undisturbed waveforms – i.e., with lossless, high-resolution formats

🎼 What makes Brainwave3D different?

We produce all our frequencies and music tracks in 32-bit floating point at 96 kHz – that is, in professional studio quality usually found only in film and cinema productions.

For you, this means:
✅ Greater effect
✅ More detail
✅ More emotion
✅ Greater depth

You always receive our products in three versions:

  • MP3 (practical for on the go)
  • FLAC (lossless, compact)
  • WAV 32-bit (maximum sound depth & effect)

✅ Conclusion

If you really want to work with frequencies – that is, with your subconscious, your transformation, and your state of consciousness – then audio quality is not a luxury, but a key factor.

The higher the quality, the deeper the effect.

If you are unsure which version to use, feel free to write to us. We will help you get the most out of your sound experience.

What equipment do I need for the frequencies?

Basically, you don't need any special equipment to work with our frequencies – a simple pair of headphones or your smartphone is perfectly sufficient to experience the effect.

However: If you want to experience the full quality – especially with FLAC or 32-bit WAV files – it certainly makes sense to consider higher-quality headphones or an external player. It's like the difference between black-and-white television and 8K with surround sound – or even virtual reality: the frequency works without it, but with a good setup, it becomes more intense, more immersive, and significantly more tangible.

For those who want to get more out of it, we recommend these two articles:

Tesla beschrieb in seiner Autobiografie intensive Visionen ganzer Erfindungen in diesem Zustand.
Was passiert in der Dissoziations-Phase?
