• Posture: Best while lying down, or alternatively sitting in a relaxed position. Please do not listen while driving or performing activities that require your full attention.
  
• Headphones or speakers: Most of our frequencies should be listened to with good stereo headphones, as they are specifically produced with 3D effects and psychoacoustic technology that only work fully through headphones. Most of our frequencies work with our 3D technology, which is why headphones are necessary for most tracks. The good news: the effect is just as present with inexpensive headphones as it is with expensive models. Recommended for higher quality formats: For high-quality audio formats such as 32-bit WAV, it is recommended to use headphones of a corresponding quality in order to experience the clear difference in sound quality.

Exception: Isochronic tones without headphones

What happens with regular use?

The brain as a muscle: Like a muscle that becomes stronger through training, your brain also develops new neural connections through regular brainwave entrainment. Research shows that lasting changes in cortical excitability occur after just 30 minutes of targeted brainwave training.
