As of today, our loyalty points system is no longer active. We've switched off point collecting, the VIP tiers and the entire rewards program.
Why did we do this?
When we introduced the system, we thought we were doing you a favor. Over time, though, we realized it was pulling our focus in a direction that doesn't fit what Brainwave3D stands for. For us, it's about consciousness, real inner change and tools that actually move something in your mind. How many points someone has collected in their account plays no part in that.
We want to get back to the reason we exist in the first place: frequencies, meditations and high-quality products that truly help you grow. Anything that distracts from that, we clear away. The points system is part of it.
What does this mean for you?
You can still redeem the points you've already collected until September 1, 2026. From September 1, the loyalty program is closed for good, and after that nothing can be credited or deducted. If you still have something in your account, take a quick look and use it up.
And what about discounts and vouchers?
They're still around, we just handle them more directly from now on. If you want to be part of our promotions and offers, sign up for our newsletter or subscribe to our WhatsApp newsletter. That's where you get every deal first, with no points bookkeeping and no need to collect anything for months.
