Time of day:
- This chakra meditation helps you to open your throat chakra, so you can hear it at any time.
- You can also listen to this frequency directly in the morning after getting up or before falling asleep.

General use:
- You should take your favorite meditation posture and close your eyes. (I even recommend listening to the frequencies with a sleep mask to stop all visual impressions.)

Introduce astral projection/ soul travel:
- If you want to initiate an astral projection while meditating, follow the video instructions in the Videos tab. In addition, you should definitely work with a sleep interruption. An explanation video for this can also be found in the Videos tab.
- Create a playlist in which this frequency is played several times in a row and meditate.
- If you are thoughtless and visualize enough, you can try to project yourself away.

Other tips to increase the effect of this frequency:
- You can enhance the effect of this frequency by breathing in and out deeply for the first 3 minutes.
- If you listen to this frequency several times in a row during a meditation, it will work much faster.
- If you listen to all 7 chakras in a row, it can happen that you build up a lot of energy and therefore have to sleep a lot less for the next few days, you will also feel much more relaxed.

Ideal combinations that increase the effect of this frequency:
- I recommend you to listen to the whole "Chakra core frequency" (Stage 1-7) in a playlist, so that you open all chakras and get a much stronger benefit from this frequency.
- If you have trained "Gate 1" more often, you can experience a much stronger effect by "not thinking", because "not thinking" leads to an immediate stop of the beta waves, which automatically leads to the shamanic state of consciousness.
