How to use this frequency most effectively:
Time of Day:
This lucid dream frequency works most effectively with a sleep interruption or right after waking up in the morning (the best times are between 4 - 7 am).
Other tips to enhance the effect of this frequency:
Step 1: Before you go to sleep, listen to Lucid dreaming induction. Then fall asleep.
Step 2: Set an alarm about 4-5 hours later. When you are awake, brush your teeth, read about astral travel or go for a walk outside. Try to show your subconscious that you don't want to sleep, then it will release much more awareness hormones. It is important that you all the time use suggestions such as: "I am lucid!, I will now fall asleep with full consciousness,...".
Step 3: After about 30-60 minutes, go back to your bed or lie down on your couch and start the "Lucid dreaming induction" frequency. Create a playlist in which the "Lucid dreaming condition" runs in a loop afterwards. Try to fall asleep again as soon as possible. It's best to start giving yourself suggestions again. When you feel that you are approaching the sleep/wake state, visualize yourself in a beautiful place (e.g. island, cosmos,...). It is important that you do not have any thoughts!
Step 4: If you have fallen asleep, you will logically wake up at some point. Try to project yourself back to sleep immediately afterwards. You do this by keeping your eyes closed (possibly with the help of a sleep mask) and start visualizing. It is important that you listen to the "Lucid dreaming condition" throughout.
Remark:
- This strategy is very helpful in triggering lucid dreams because your melatonin or serotonin levels are set just right.
- If you don't experience a lucid dream right away, don't sweat it! Practice every day, because learning to lucid dream requires a mental state of awareness. Since we humans are in a different state every day, it is only logical that you cannot achieve the same result every day.

Other tips to enhance the effect of this frequency:
- You can / should listen to this frequency more often during the day. The more often you listen to it, the better you train your brain to this particular frequency. Thus you will be able to induce lucid dreams more easily from time to time.
- I recommend you to practice with a sleep mask. Because as a beginner you will not know if you have your physical eyes open or if you are in a lucid state. Thus, with a sleep mask you can very clearly distinguish if you are lucid, because since you are wearing the sleep mask, you cannot see the physical space!
- If you can not fall asleep, then shorten the waking time in the sleep interruption. Conversely, if you fall asleep too quickly and start dreaming immediately, then stay awake longer. (For more on this, see the video "Using Sleep Interruption Properly for Mystical Experiences.")
