Mindfulness is perfect if you want to get away from your thoughts and into deep meditation. It is optimal for beginners as well as for advanced practitioners. You will experience an adventure through 3 phases. The first 10 minutes you will be dissociated with different sounds in 3D space, so you can disconnect from your thoughts. Now phase 2 starts - you will experience a dive with many chants and drums, also you will experience intense 3D sounds and music in the background, this will help you to get into the depth. Then phase 3 starts - A mixture of phase 1 + 2 but more relaxed.... you dive deep and experience a trance with 4 Hz and 2 Hz and thus an expanded state of consciousness. After this frequency you will notice an expanded perception in everyday life.
