- You can also listen to these frequencies directly in the morning after getting up or before going to bed.

General use:
- You should take your favorite meditation posture and close your eyes. (I even recommend using a sleep mask to hear the frequencies so that the visual impressions are faded out).
- If you want to experience deep meditation states, you have to try to keep yourself awake.

Other tips to increase the effect of this frequency:
- You can enhance the effect of this frequency by breathing in and out deeply for the first 3 minutes.

Ideal combinations to increase the effect of this frequency:
- I recommend you to listen to the Gateway program in a playlist, Stage 1+2+3, so that you can get even deeper experiences and train your brain on all frequency ranges.
- If you have trained Gate 1 more often, then you can experience a much stronger effect by "not thinking", because "not thinking" leads to the immediate stop of the beta waves, which automatically leads to the shamanic state of consciousness.
